SmartChoice Timeshare Resales, LLC, is an Arizona limited liability company founded by Judith A. Rulli, Manager and Designated Broker. Since 1996, SmartChoice Timeshare Resales has been a leader in the vacation ownership industry specializing in resales at select resorts in Arizona, Southern California and Hawaii including Four Seasons Residence Clubs.
Judy Rulli, Designated Broker, entered the timeshare industry in 1978. In addition to extensive sales and marketing experience, she has served as General Manager of Scottsdale Camelback Resort and Regional Account Executive for Resort Condominiums International (RCI). In 1990, she established the first on-site resale program in the state of Arizona.
She has also played significant roles in managing and marketing large resorts and master-planned communities including McDowell Mountain Ranch in Scottsdale, Arizona, named one of the top five master-planned communities in the country by the National Association of Home Builders.
In 1996, she established SmartChoice Timeshare Resales to offer the benefits of her knowledge and experience to owners making decisions related to buying and selling timeshares. She is a founding member of the Licensed Timeshare Resale Brokers Association and holds a real estate broker's license in both Arizona and California.
Clark Rowley, RRP, CTA, Vice President Sales and Marketing, is a 28-year veteran in the vacation ownership industry. He began his career at Scottsdale Camelback Resort in 1986 and served in several management positions including Director of Marketing and Public Relations.
Clark is a Registered Resort Professional (RRP), the highest designation of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), currently serves as Vice Chairman of ARDA-Arizona, and is Chairman of the Professional Development Committee for the ARDA Foundation. In 2015, he was elected President of the Licensed Timeshare Resale Broker's Association (LTRBA), an association of highly ethical, licensed timeshare resale brokers dedicated to protecting and assisting timeshare consumers.
He served as the 1999 President of the Arizona Chapter of Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association (HSMAI), has been actively involved in the Arizona Hotel Lodging Association and holds the Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) designation in the Valley Hotel and Resort Association. He is also a registered lobbyist advocating for timeshare owners and associations.
